Life by chocolate is found in the cocoa phenol rich dark chocolate which has been minimally process. Not the milk chocolate or the white chocolate.
Milk chocolate is one of those to be avoided foods. When they process the chocolate for milk chocolate and white chocolate they process all the good stuff out and leave the stuff thats not very desirable, health wise anyway.
Take a bit of rich, awesome tasting dark chocolate and your in health food heaven. That good tasting dark chocolate is full of antioxidants.

Yes believe it or not that dark chocolate boost the level of those heart-protecting antioxidants in the blood.
Best of all a cup of cocoa contains twice as many antioxidants as a glass of red wine. A glass of red wine a day is reported to cut a persons chance of a second heart attack in half.
Cocoa is three times richer in antioxidants than green tea. I've been enjoying the benefits of green tea for some time now. Looks like I'll be adding a cup of cocoa to my afternoon leisure time. It's life by chocolate at it's finest.

Dark chocolate is loaded with plant phenols. These cocoa phenols are know to lower blood pressure. This sure beats some of the medicine they try to give you for high blood pressure which due way to much damaged to the body yet are give regularly by doctors.
I sure would not replace any healthy foods with dark chocolate but if I had elevated blood pressure levels I would definitely try dark chocolate before taking some of the junk doctors push.
A 1998 study of 8,000 or more Americans found that chocolate made from cocoa may even extend life. Maybe that what Methuselah had for a snack each day.
All kidding aside life by chocolate is one of those health foods you might want to add to your diet, for health reason of course.
